Lou Ennuso, Chief Executive Officer
Lou is the Chief Executive Officer of Adeptia, responsible for driving the overall strategic development of Adeptia, as well as leading business development, sales, marketing and fundraising activities.
Building upon a progressive career in sales, sales management and business development, Lou has achieved a successful track record of continuous growth for both Fortune 500 and high-growth businesses in Information Technology and Telecommunications. Prior to Adeptia, Lou worked for EDS Corporation in the Information Solutions business, where he led multi-functional, mega-deal teams in developing outsourcing opportunities for Fortune 1000 companies in the Chicago area, producing sales engagements worth over $300M. Previously, Lou was Senior Director of Sales and Business Services at Ameritech's start-up long distance division. As a key executive in building the new division, he was directly involved in all business aspects of initiating, developing, growing and launching this billion-dollar company. Lou also led his organization as the preferred sales and support channel for retail, wholesale and cellular long distance, generating over $150M annually. Earlier in his career, Lou held sales positions of increasing responsibility for companies such as Oracle, Digital, and Xerox.

Thomas L. Churchwell, Managing Partner, ARCH Development Corporation
Tom was most recently President and CEO of ARCH Development Corporation, a subsidiary of the University of Chicago, which commercialized technology from the University and Argonne National Laboratory. He was previously President and CEO of Calgene Fresh, Inc., a 1992 start-up company which produced and marketed MacGregor's FLAVR SAVR tomato, the world's first biotech food product. Prior to joining Calgene Fresh, Tom was Vice President of ARCH Development Corporation. Before joining ARCH, he held several senior management positions at the NutraSweet Company, including Vice President, Sales and legal positions at G.D. Searle & Co., American Hospital Supply Corporation, and The Coca-Cola Export Corporation. Tom is a director of a number of start-up companies and charities in the Chicago area.
Tom received his B.A. degree from DePauw University and J.D. degree from Northwestern University School of Law. He also is a Graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
Deepak Singh, President & Chief Technology Officer
Deepak Singh is the co-founder and President of Adeptia and is responsible for business strategy and product development.
Prior to co-founding Adeptia, Deepak was Director of Product Management at 3Com Corporation, where he was responsible for all aspects of product management and marketing for the Cable Modem Termination Systems (CMTS) business line. He worked with the initial team that started this new product line and then grew the business to $40M annual revenue and 60+ employees. Deepak managed and coordinated all aspects of the product life cycle from requirements definition, development, beta test, customer release to product pricing, marketing, sales training and PR. In this role, he worked extensively with the leaders of the engineering and sales teams. He led 3Com's business development efforts with respect to this business line and successfully negotiated a number of partnerships and a strategic investment. Deepak also worked at Netscape Communications as product manager for a Knowledgebase application. Earlier, Deepak worked at Advanced Micro Devices, where he designed a Fast Ethernet controller chip and led the engineering team for that product from design through production.
Deepak has a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley, an M.S. in Engineering Economic Systems from Stanford University and an M.M./MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
