Lou Ennuso, Chief Executive Officer
Lou is the Chief Executive Officer of Adeptia, responsible for driving the overall strategic development of Adeptia, as well as leading business development, sales, marketing and fundraising activities.
Building upon a progressive career in sales, sales management and business development, Lou has achieved a successful track record of continuous growth for both Fortune 500 and high-growth businesses in Information Technology and Telecommunications. Prior to Adeptia, Lou worked for EDS Corporation in the Information Solutions business, where he led multi-functional, mega-deal teams in developing outsourcing opportunities for Fortune 1000 companies in the Chicago area, producing sales engagements worth over $300M. Previously, Lou was Senior Director of Sales and Business Services at Ameritech's start-up long distance division. As a key executive in building the new division, he was directly involved in all business aspects of initiating, developing, growing and launching this billion-dollar company. Lou also led his organization as the preferred sales and support channel for retail, wholesale and cellular long distance, generating over $150M annually. Earlier in his career, Lou held sales positions of increasing responsibility for companies such as Oracle, Digital, and Xerox.
Lou has a BS degree in Marketing from Southern Illinois University.
Deepak Singh, President & Chief Technology Officer
Deepak Singh is the co-founder and President of Adeptia and is responsible for business strategy and product development.
Prior to co-founding Adeptia, Deepak was Director of Product Management at 3Com Corporation, where he was responsible for all aspects of product management and marketing for the Cable Modem Termination Systems (CMTS) business line. He worked with the initial team that started this new product line and then grew the business to $40M annual revenue and 60+ employees. Deepak managed and coordinated all aspects of the product life cycle from requirements definition, development, beta test, customer release to product pricing, marketing, sales training and PR. In this role, he worked extensively with the leaders of the engineering and sales teams. He led 3Com's business development efforts with respect to this business line and successfully negotiated a number of partnerships and a strategic investment. Deepak also worked at Netscape Communications as product manager for a Knowledgebase application. Earlier, Deepak worked at Advanced Micro Devices, where he designed a Fast Ethernet controller chip and led the engineering team for that product from design through production.
Deepak has a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley, an M.S. in Engineering Economic Systems from Stanford University and an M.M./MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Christine Hadley, Vice President of Sales
Christine is responsible for the direction and management of Adeptia’s sales operations.
Christine has over 15 years of IT sales and management experience involving the creation and execution of operational sales strategies. At various companies including BMC Software and IBM, she has been influential in exceeding sales profitability through her direction of sales teams and her management of partner relationships with multiple industry partners. In leading complex sales negotiations, she has closed on significant regional, national, and global deals, and has been responsible for the sales of software and custom applications to Fortune 1000 accounts.
Sunil Hans, Director of Development
Sunil is responsible for leading the development staff at the Adeptia Development Center in New Delhi, India. Sunil also manages the resources allocated for specific new technologies and oversees Adeptia's library of adapters.
Sunil has over 16 years of experience in the IT industry and has broad technical expertise ranging from web applications to telecom. His experience with state of the art, major data communications and telecommunication networks includes system engineering and development, software design and development, technical leadership and project management. Sunil has worked in the US for over 10 years. Recently Sunil was at HCL Perot where he led the development staff as a senior project manager responsible for a number of projects.
Sunil has BE and MS degrees from BITS Pilani and also MS from George Washington University in Washington DC.
Andrew Griffin, Director of Marketing
Andrew is responsible for leading Adeptia’s marketing efforts to maximize incoming leads and increase exposure for Adeptia’s products, technology and brand.
Andrew has over 17 years of engineering and market development experience including managing IT, QA, Engineering and Product Marketing. For over a decade at Cleo Communications, he was fundamentally involved in the development and implementation of strategic marketing programs. During this time he managed launches for six new products, developed complimentary technology partnerships, and performed extensive market and technology research which transitioned Cleo from a leading vendor in bisynchronous point-to-point communications into a leading vendor in B2B internet communications.
Andrew has a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Taylor University and a M.S.Ed. degree in Instructional Technology from Northern Illinois University.
