Adeptia offers full suite of implementation services to help our customers quickly and effectively deploy integration solutions based on Adeptia products. Adeptia consulting team combines its in-depth knowledge of the Adeptia technology with business process integration best practices across the project lifecycle to accelerate return on investment (ROI) for its customers.
While the forte of Adeptia is its simplicity and ease of use, consulting services are often requested by customers especially for the initial deployment and implementation of the first project. These services are by no means a necessity and sometimes a training session for skilled IT staff is enough for them to get started and successfully utilize the products.
These implementation services are especially useful if the customer requirements are complex, or the project needs to meet tight timelines or the customer organization's IT team is busy with other priorities or has a gap in its skill-set.

Proof of Concept (PoC) Package: Context: You are interested in purchasing a integration solution and have shortlisted some vendors including Adeptia. You want to confirm whether Adeptia integration product will meet your requirements and business needs. You may want to see a quick implementation of your scenario working in Adeptia or you may be evaluating a number of vendors and wish to compare Adeptia with other tools. Deliverables: As part of this engagement, Adeptia expert will support you in your evaluation and test process. Depending on the scope of your scenario, we will either assist your team in building a prototype of your solution in Adeptia or build this proof of concept and demo it to your team. |

Quick Start Package: Context: You have chosen Adeptia integration and want to leverage Adeptia’s expertise in getting started quickly with your project. Your team has been trained on Adeptia and the project scope has been defined and documented. Goal is to enable you to complete your solution on your own, or provide you what you need to get started on your first project. Deliverables: As part of this engagement, a dedicated Adeptia expert will assist your team in their initial steps with Adeptia integration. They will jointly review the requirements and design the overall solution in Adeptia. Adeptia software will be installed. The implementation work will start with co-development of the solution. This will ensure your projects starts off smoothly and ensures success and quick deployment. Mentoring is a key focus of this engagement. With the knowledge transfer from Adeptia expert, your team will quickly gain proficiency in utilizing Adeptia technology themselves going forward. Note: The Quick Start package is utilized on a per-day basis and the customer may use these days all together or spread out over many weeks. Adeptia encourages its clients to utilize this quick start consulting service as an add-on to the product training. It is ideal to schedule these 5 days separately as remote working sessions to review and discuss the solution design and initial implementation with Adeptia expert as this design is being refined and the implementation work is started. Each working session is counted as a day and the hours consumed per day may range from 1 hour up to 8 hours maximum. |

Implementation Package: Context: You have chosen Adeptia integration and want to leverage Adeptia's expertise in quickly implementing and deploying the solution to meet your urgent business goals. The project team is incomplete because you need Adeptia experts to assist with the design and development of the solution. Goal is to deliver a complete solution that is deployed and ready to use. Deliverables: As part of this engagement, dedicated Adeptia expert(s) will assist your team in their overall project with Adeptia integration. They will jointly define and document the functional and technical requirements. The overall solution will be designed and a design document prepared for sign-off. Adeptia will be heavily involved in the development of the solution. A highly iterative approach is taken at this stage to build-test-review the solution a number of times till it is ready for acceptance testing and deployment into a production environment. This ensures success and rapid completion of the project. |
